It is a robot hand that can perform an operation of attaching a workpiece while rotating an object while preventing damage to the workpiece when the workpiece has been gripped. The robot hand comprises a first hand portion; a second hand portion having a workpiece gripping portion that can grasp a workpiece; an elastic member elastically slidably coupling the first hand portion and the second hand portion; and a movement restricting mechanism that releasably restricts rotational movement among the elastic displacements of the second hand portion with respect to the first hand portion.
