Siphon-water exchange system for the use of rainwater resources in a reservoir, characterized in that it arranged at the foot of the dam at the upper reaches of the dam water collecting pond, arranged at the foot of the dam at the lower reaches of the dam apron, arranged at the river bank and a number of on the Embankment arranged siphon tubes comprises; wherein the siphon tubes from the upper course to the lower reaches of the dam are formed such that an inlet tube, a projection tube, a flow guide and an outlet tube are connected in series, and wherein the inlet tube at the upper edge of the embankment dam, the humpback tube at the top of the dam and dam the flow guide is installed at the top of the underflow dam slope of the dam; and wherein the water inlet opening of the inlet pipe is at the bottom of the water collecting pond and the water outlet opening of the outlet pipe is at the bottom of the skirt, and wherein an outlet sensor is disposed at the water outlet opening; and wherein on the hump tube an air inlet opening is provided, on which an air inlet valve is arranged; and wherein the flow guide comprises a direct connection pipe, a branch pipe a, and a branch pipe b, and wherein the upper port of the direct connection pipe is connected to the boss tube and the lower port is connected to the outlet pipe, and the branch pipe a is connected to the upper segment of the direct connection pipe and the branch pipe b is disposed at the lower segment of the direct connection pipe; and wherein the branch pipes a of the respective siphon pipes are respectively connected through a valve a to the water supply pipe of the sump; and wherein a respective pump and a control cabinet are arranged adjacent to the respective siphon tubes at the peristaltic point of the dam, and wherein the water inlet opening of the inlet pipe of the pump is below the water level of the upper reaches of the dam, and wherein the outlet pipe of the pump in each case by a valve b the branch pipe b of the corresponding siphon pipe is connected; and wherein the cables of the valve a, the pump, the valve b, the outlet sensor and the air inlet valve are each coupled to the corresponding control cabinet.
