The present invention relates to a process for the growth of nanomaterial on thin strip, characterized in that it comprises: - the deposition of a layer of resin on a substrate; - the deposition of a protective layer on the surface of said layer of resin; - local etching of the protective layer, of the resin and of the substrate so as to define a thin strip in said substrate; - removing the protective coating / layer of resin, at the surface of said thin plate; - the growth of nanomaterial on the thin strip predefined.
