The present invention relates to phenolic polymers. It relates more particularly phenolic polyacetals, their method of preparation and their applications. By way of example, these polymers can be obtained from vanillin or eugenol. In a particular embodiment, the phenolic functions of the polyacetals are free. The polyacetals according to the invention can be obtained from biosourced raw materials.
