A tool for arranging a meeting comprising a computing device having processing means, memory means and user interface means, the tool being operable to record details of a user and a logged event such as detail of a user's future locations and to compare the logged events of the user with those of another user in order to determine an overlap which is a future time when the compared users will be located close to one another and if an overlap is determined, to provide an overlap notification to warn the user of the overlap via the user interface.
