This base sequencer comprises: (1) a mobility correction unit which outputs mobility correction signals obtained by mobility correction of a time-series signal of a wavelength spectrum corresponding to each base; (2) a deconvolution unit which executes processes of calculating a post-deconvolution signal of the mobility correction signal for a plurality of candidate parameters of point spread functions, calculating the dispersion of peak intervals of the calculated post-deconvolution signal, specifying a parameter of a point spread function using the calculated dispersion, and outputting a deconvolution signal corresponding to the point spread function having the specified parameter as an updated post-deconvolution signal; (3) a peak extraction unit which extracts a peak waveform from the updated post-deconvolution signal and outputs an updated post-peak extraction signal; and (4) a sequence determination unit which inputs the updated post-peak extraction signal and determines a base sequence.
