A hydraulic braking system, a wind generator comprising the hydraulic braking system and use of an automatic air bleed valve in a hydraulic braking system is provided. The hydraulic system is for braking of a shaft of the wind generator. The hydraulic circuit of the braking system comprises an automatic air bleed valve.
