The present invention provides a method for analyzing the structure of an insoluble pigment compound through: pretreatment through degradation using ultrasonication on an insoluble pigment compound solution; or pretreatment, through fragmentation, of a compound corresponding to the parent mass, obtained by selecting the parent mass of an insoluble pigment compound and then applying a laser to the compound.
