To provide a machinability improvement film which can obtain excellent cutting property and durability by bonding a resin plate, a functional film and the like via a machinability improvement layer.SOLUTION: A machinability improvement film includes an active energy-ray curable machinability improvement layer which is stuck to a resin plate and is obtained by being laminated on a predetermined base material, in which in the machinability improvement layer is in a stuck state with respect to the resin plate, a storage elastic modulus (M2) after irradiation with active energy rays is a value equal to or more than 0.2 MPa, and an adhesive force (P2) after irradiation with active energy rays is a value equal to or more than 10 N/25 mm.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
