To provide a coloring sheet creation method and a coloring sheet creation system that can exhibit the originality of a creator by changing existing paintings and photographs.SOLUTION: A first image is displayed on a display, and a second image is displayed over the first image. Then, at least one of the size of the second image, the display direction, and left/right inversion is set. Subsequently, a partial image in which a part is extracted from the second image is generated, and the first image fixedly displayed on the display screen of a display unit and the partial image arranged at an arbitrary position on the first image are combined to generate an original image of a coloring book. After that, the original image is gray-scaled into a plurality of gradations to generate a coloring image.
