To provide a medicine package storage device which cuts, on a perforation part, continuous medicine packages which store a medicine, comprise dosage information on one surface of each package, in which a perforation is formed between packages and arranges the medicine packages in a dosage order and stores them in a storage part, thereby eliminating re-arrangement.SOLUTION: A medicine package storage device comprises: a lateral transport part for transporting continuous medicine packages which store a medicine, comprise dosage information on one surface of each package, and in which a perforation is formed between packages, in a direction where the medicine packages are continuous; a cutter for cutting, at the perforation, the continuous medicine packages which are transported by the lateral transport part; a vertical transport part for transporting the medicine package cut by the cutter in a direction being orthogonal to the transport direction of the lateral transport part; and a medicine storage box which has pressing means which is provided in the transport direction of the vertical transport part, receives the medicine packages transported by the vertical transport part and presses from the other surface of the medicine package every time each medicine package is received, stacks and stores the medicine packages pressed and transferred, and has a take-out hole from which the medicine package can be taken out from a pressed tip end medicine package.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
