PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize good foam molding in which fine cells are formed inside a molded body even when a device for performing foam molding by constantly pressing a molten resin with a physical foaming agent having a constant pressure in a starvation zone is enlarged. Provided is an apparatus for producing a foamed molded product, which does not deteriorate the foaming performance of the molded product. SOLUTION: A foam molding manufacturing apparatus 1 has a plasticization zone 40 in which a thermoplastic resin is plasticized and melted to become a molten resin, and a starvation zone 16 in which the molten resin is starved, and the starvation zone 16 is provided.
