To provide a system for proposing a cooperative advertisement having a high advertising effect between different industrial types.SOLUTION: In a cooperative advertising proposal system, first industrial type store market area data storage means 5 stores market area data for specifying a market area in first industrial type stores. Ranking degree storage means 3 stores an order ranking degree to an advertising proposal company about second industrial type stores. Second industrial store position information storage means 7 stores position information of the second industrial type stores. When any of the first industrial type stores is selected, candidate determination means 9 determines from the position information a second industrial type store which belongs to the market area of the store and has a high rank degree as a candidate to perform cooperative advertising with the selected first industrial type store.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
