PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolled copper foil for a secondary battery negative electrode current collector capable of satisfactorily suppressing plastic deformation and breakage of a copper foil due to generation of stress due to a change in the volume of an active material. SOLUTION: A rolled copper foil for a secondary battery negative electrode current collector containing Sn in an amount of 0.2 to 2.0% by mass, having a tensile strength of 650 MPa or more and a breaking elongation of 1.0% or more.
