To provide a drive evaluation device that can evaluate a driving of an automatically-controlled driving vehicle on the basis of a vehicle ride comfort that a passenger feels.SOLUTION: A drive evaluation device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a communication unit configured so as to be able to communicate by means of a network with at least one of an on-vehicle device mounted on an automatically-controlled driving vehicle and a portable terminal of a passenger in the vehicle; and a communication control unit that transmits a signal for displaying, on at least one of the on-vehicle device and the portable terminal, a query for vehicle driving evaluation to at least one of the on-vehicle device and the portable terminal by controlling the communication unit, and that receives the response of the passenger to the query from at least one of the on-vehicle device and the portable terminal by controlling the communication unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
