To provide an automobile operation management system configured to secure appropriate car operation of drivers and facilitate communication of passengers, and an operation management apparatus of the system.SOLUTION: In an automated operation management system 1, a management apparatus 2 includes: a storage unit which stores management information and multiple kinds of driver support programs having management items varied in weight of management for drivers; a computation control unit which cause the storage unit to store driver support program in accordance with acquaintance level determination information received from a management terminal 8; and a communication unit which delivers information on a driver in charge of car service and information on a booking user, to the management terminal when a request is issued from the management terminal to deliver information on car service, and delivers a new driver support program before the start of operation of the car service to an in-vehicle terminal 11. A computation control unit in the in-vehicle terminal receives the new driver support program from the management apparatus, and updates to the new driver support program at the start of operation of the car service.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
