Automobile industry organizations should change their management point in normal commercial environment which need pay attention on time and speed these two organization production management points and oriented by the customers and markets. At the same time, organizations should combine the production logistics management with the market's contemporary situation which is oriented by customers, start with an eye on the whole supply chain, put some effective and efficient methods to operate the production logistics, improve the competition of the products. Finally, the paper brings the systematic adjustment and planning into force, gives a real improvement and support to the view and situation of the converting of the market-driven factors with business process rebuilding, lean production, zero inventory management which takes the example of Japanese and German automobile companies' management experiences.
