PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for providing dialogue monitoring and communication for improving a customer's journey and the entire experience. In a communication system, an analysis system in an analysis layer includes a data access interface, a processor and an output interface. .. The data access interface receives data related to customer-driven events from the data source. The processor identifies the category type and stage associated with the customer-driven event. The processor also uses artificial intelligence-based techniques to calculate metrics and generate recommendations based on the calculated metrics. Recommendations improve the customer's journey and experience when acting on it.
