According to the present invention, an electronic pen recognizes a code on a publication, then automatically downloads corresponding content in a memory unit via a wireless communication unit to play the content if content corresponding to the code is not in the memory unit or downloads corresponding content in the memory unit via the wireless communication unit to play the content if a download command of specific content is inputted in a voice through a microphone to receive a variety of content in real time via communication between the electronic pen and a content management server, continuously extends a variety of content associated with publications and content use convenience via the electronic pen to provide a user with the content, and receives content through a voice command. Even if a publication is revised to require a new reprinted publication with corrected dot code information, additional content can be received by inputting a voice command. A problem of poor recognition is resolved by increasing a recognition rate by directly issuing a voice command to the microphone. Content is repeatedly played simply by pressing a play button without inconvenience of issuing a voice command again each time as in a conventional AI speaker to play the same content.
