PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a surface acoustic wave sensor and a sandwich assay method for detecting the concentration of an antigen in a sample such as blood, even when the amount of the antigen is larger than the amount of the secondary antibody. The purpose is to correctly detect the total concentration of the antigen in the sample and to detect the hook phenomenon or the abnormality of insufficient mixing even at the time of insufficient pre-mixing reaction. The present disclosure includes a first detection region 111 on which the primary antibody AB1 of the sandwich assay method is immobilized, and a first comb-shaped electrode 112 that transmits and receives surface acoustic waves or transmits and reflects surface acoustic waves.
