To provide a battery-driven medical electronic instrument excellent in water proofing property that can be assembled easily.SOLUTION: A medical electronic instrument includes: a connector provided to a living body mounted part mounted on a subject for acquiring biological information; and an instrument body having a storage part provided opened on one surface side for storing a battery that serves as a driving source in which the living body mounted part is connected to a terminal part in the storage part by the connector being detachably attached to the opening so as to close the storage part.
