To provide a data processor, an artificial intelligence chip, and an electronic apparatus which can increase the efficiency of data processing.SOLUTION: A data processor 100 includes: an input memory for storing processing target data; a data transfer unit for analyzing an external processing instruction and acquiring a read address and a written address and an operation command, reading the processing target data on the basis of the read address, processing the processing target data on the basis of an operation command, obtaining the processed output data and the written address and issuing a writing request; a multiple adjustment unit for receiving the writing request from the data transfer unit, and strobing and outputting one piece of output data of the data transfer unit and its corresponding written address from the received output data and the written address and sending a written enable signal; and an output memory for receiving the written enable signal and writing the output data received from the multiple adjustment unit into its corresponding written address.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
