To provide a method for the treatment of centronuclear myopathies, particularly a novel and more effective therapeutic agent.SOLUTION: The present disclosure relates to a Dynamin 2 inhibitor for use in the treatment of autosomal dominant centronuclear myopathies, and the Dynamin 2 inhibitor is selected from the group consisting of an antibody directed against Dynamin 2, a nucleic acid molecule interfering specifically with Dynamin 2 expression, and a small molecule inhibiting the activity, expression or function of Dynamin 2.SELECTED DRAWING: None
