PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fireproof sheet which can be produced easily and also excellent in handling ability.;SOLUTION: A fireproof sheet 1 comprises a thermal expansion member layer 5 between a pair of face bars 3a, 3b. The thermal expansion member layer 5 has a thermal expansion member and a thermoplastic resin. By the thermoplastic resin, the thermal expansion member and the face bars 3a, 3b are integrated. Namely, the thermoplastic resin has a function as a holding member of the thermal expansion member and a function of adhesive for the face bars 3a, 3b.
