To provide a work process management system capable of notifying other processes of a progress degree of work in a process by grasping the progress degree in real time.SOLUTION: A work process management system includes: a photographing unit 101 for photographing an area where a worker performs work; a work recognition unit 102 for recognizing work performed by the worker in a first step from movement of the worker in moving image data of the photographing unit 101; a progress degree determination unit 103 for determining the progress degree of the work in the first step from the recognized work; and a notification processing unit 104 for notifying an information terminal 105 of a worker in a second step different from the first step that the first step reaches a predetermined progress degree when the progress degree determined by the progress degree determination unit 103 reaches the predetermined progress degree.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
