PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a service function provision system that can assign a service function provision device capable of providing a service function to every user, by assigning a service function to every right of the user.SOLUTION: A service function provision system includes a management server and multiple service function provision devices connected therewith, and a table holding the user identification information, the right code, and the region code in association for every user. When the user identification information is inputted to the service function provision device, authentication is performed whether the user can use the service function provision device, based on the fact whether the user identification information and the region code corresponding to the service function provision device have been associated in the table. When the authentication is successful, the service function provision device, to which the user identification information has been inputted, provides the service function corresponding to the right code associated with the user identification information in the table.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
