To provide a pressure sensing module, a touch panel, and a method for detecting two-point touch pressure of the touch panel.SOLUTION: A pressure sensing module 10 includes a substrate and a sensing layer formed on the substrate. The sensing layer includes a plurality of pressure sensing units 121. The pressure sensing units are provided in axial symmetry along a symmetry axis of the substrate and constitute a first pressure sensing area 112 and a second pressure sensing area 113. The pressure sensing unit includes four resistors having the same resistance value. The four resistors are constituted as a Wheatstone bridge, pattern shapes of two resistors of the resistors have the same extension direction and are not adjacent to each other. The touch panel includes the pressure sensing module. The method for detecting two-point touch pressure of the touch panel is used for detecting two-point touch pressure on the touch panel.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1B
