PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an online training server device, an online training method and an online training program that can reduce a burden for a trainer and perform effective training to a user.SOLUTION: An online training cloud server 111 comprises a video and audio storage unit 202 that stores a video file to be distributed as content and a plurality of audio files corresponding to the video file, and a main control unit 223 that selects the video file and one audio file of the plurality of audio files as the content for training from the video and audio storage unit 202. The main control unit 223 selects, in selection of the content, one piece of audio data of the plurality of pieces of audio data corresponding to the video data, according to user's acquisition level of training based on each reproduction frequency of a plurality of pieces of audio data reproduced by the user.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 19
