To provide an oxide film destruction device that can destroy an oxide film attached to a terminal irrespective of the voltage of the terminal and can also destroy such an oxide film without disconnecting the terminal from the connection destination such as a load circuit.SOLUTION: An oxide film destruction device includes an AC power supply, a transformer that receives the AC from the AC power supply on the primary side, and a pair of terminals capable of receiving an AC generated on the secondary side of the transformer and contacting the mating terminals at mutually separated positions.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
