To provide a workbench for a pathological examination capable of preventing leakage of organic chemicals, a system examination table for a pathological examination, and an examination method.SOLUTION: A workbench 2 for a pathological examination comprises: a sink 21; a receiving tank 22 provided under the sink 21; a drain pipe 23 connected to the bottom surface of the receiving tank 22; and an exhaust pipe 24 connected to the side surface of the receiving tank 22. The receiving tank 22 is connected to the bottom surface of the sink 21 so that a liquid and a gas can flow down. Then, a gas heavier than the air flows down from the inside of the sink 21 into the receiving tank 22 and is exhausted from the receiving tank 22 via the exhaust pipe 24.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
