To enable a user to easily grasp a settlement amount of a prescribed district.SOLUTION: A card company server 110 includes: a reception part 910; a counting part 930; and an output part 940. The reception part 910 receives settlement information containing store identification information that identifies a store, and information indicating a settlement amount of transactions, from a store terminal of the store where the transactions have occurred. The counting part 930 refers to a storage part which stores each store identification information in association with information indicating a district where the store identified according to the store identification information is disposed, and counts a settlement amount of transactions for each district, on the basis of the settlement information received by the reception part 910. The output part 940 outputs district specific settlement amount information indicating a settlement amount of a prescribed district to a user terminal, on the basis of the counting result of the counting part 930.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
