To provide a vehicle operation management system and an operation management device for the system that can prevent erroneous recognition of a private vehicle used for transportation service from each position of a user who reserves a ride, an assigned driver, and an operator.SOLUTION: A management site 2 is provided. The management site 2 comprises: a storage unit 2A for storing information related to a vehicle in transportation service when the information is input; an information collection unit 2Ba for collecting the information related to the vehicle in transportation service from the storage unit 2A; a term extraction unit 2Bb for extracting a term from the information collected by the information collection unit 2Ba; a term determination unit 2Bc for selecting a term from the term extracted by the term extraction unit 2Bb and defining the selected term as a determined term; and a service vehicle name setting unit 2Bf for setting the term determined by the term determination unit 2Bc as a service vehicle name so as to be included in the service vehicle name.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 14
