To provide a vehicle operation management system that prevents a user who requests an operation of a transportation service and an assigned driver from spending an unstable time until implementation or cancellation of the operation of the transportation service is confirmed, and enhances a possibility of the implementation of the operation of the transportation service.SOLUTION: A vehicle operation management system 1 has a management site 2 and a management terminal 8. The management terminal has a limited disclosure selective display. An operation control unit of the management site includes: a storage unit for storing operation request information; a profitability determination unit for determining whether the operation satisfies profitability; a disclosure adjustment unit for keeping undisclosed and making unconfirmed operation information when it is determined that the profitability is not satisfied; a related user detection unit for detecting a related user when it is determined that the profitability is not satisfied; and an unconfirmed information provision unit for providing unconfirmed operation information of the transportation service including proposal information promoting a ride reservation for the related user, an operation request user, and an assigned driver in a case where limited disclosure indication information is received from the limited disclosure selective display when the related user is detected.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
