A method for preparing a lipid compound intended for ingestion by a human body or an animal body, comprising the steps of: filling a predetermined amount of a lipid compound into a first part of a pre-assembled capsule that has been previously opened into two parts. (I) and inserting a dietary lipophilic absorbent into the lipid compound (4) within this first portion to provide a predetermined dissolution rate at the end of absorption of the lipid compound. (II), closing the capsule by placing the second part on the first part containing the core (III), and polymerizing the capsule thus reclosed. Coating to allow subsequent release of the lipid compound at a predetermined site of release within the human or animal body.
