To eliminate a risk of a bolt rotating to a mounting bracket, even if a nut screwed in a thread part of the bolt is, for example, tightened to a presser bracket, and thereby the bolt is fixed to the mounting bracket firmly.SOLUTION: A fixing structure of the present invention includes a mounting bracket 12, a bolt 11 and a bolt fixing mechanism 17. A through-hole 12d is formed in the mounting bracket. The bolt has a thread part 11a inserted in the through-hole, a polygonal head 11b formed to a diameter larger than the through-hole, and a cervix 11c for connecting the thread part with the head and positioned in a circumferential portion of the through-hole. Also, the bolt fixing mechanism is configured so as to fix the bolt to the mounting bracket while the thread part is inserted into the through-hole. Namely, the bolt fixing mechanism has a recess 12f formed in a polygonal shape suitable for a polygonal shape of the head around the through-hole among the mounting brackets and capable of containing a part of the polygonal head, and a press-contact part 12g plastically deformed by press molding in an inner circumference portion of the through-hole among the mounting brackets and being brought into press-contact with a part of the cervix of the bolt and the thread part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
