PURPOSE: A sub frame mounting structure of a vehicle is provided to effectively disperse shock in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle, to improve rigidity, and to reduce the number of parts by forming a head unit integrating a pipe nut to a fixing bolt and a double-diaphragm to a side member. CONSTITUTION: A sub frame mounting structure of a vehicle is composed of a fixing bolt and a pipe nut combining a side member(50) and a sub frame with passing through a mounting portion of the side member and the sub frame; a through-bolt(2) penetrating vertically the side member and hanging a head unit with large diameter by the side member; and a bracket(4) combined to the side member to form a double-diaphragm type space in the side member and formed with a hole to fit the head unit of the through-bolt.
