PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction joint structure of an underground continuous wall capable of transmitting shear force between elements, even when large in-plane shear force is exerted.SOLUTION: A construction joint structure of an underground continuous wall includes a recess 1A formed on an edge surface of a preceding element 1, a protrusion 2A formed on an edge surface of a succeeding element 2 and engaged with the recess 1A, a preceding element reinforcing bar arranged respectively on a front surface side and a rear surface side of the preceding element, such that to hold the protrusion 2A from both sides; a succeeding element reinforcing bar arranged respectively on a front surface side and a rear surface side of the succeeding element 2; and a connecting reinforcing bar 21 arranged inside the succeeding element 2.
