PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wall panel joint structure securing sufficient vibration control performance, a construction method of an underground continuous wall, and the underground continuous wall.;SOLUTION: This wall panel joint structure joins wall panels constituting the underground continuous wall 1. Each wall panel comprises a frame body 60 mounted to the ground G side of a reinforcing cage 50; a rubber vibration isolator layer 20 mounted to the frame body 60 to protrude on the sides of one end 60A and the other end 60B of the frame body 60; a first rubber vibration isolator 64 joined to the back face of a portion protruded on the one end 60A side, of the rubber vibration isolator layer 20 and mounted to the edge part on the one end 60A side of the frame body 60; and a second rubber vibration isolator 66 joined to the back face of a portion protruded on the other end 60B side, of the rubber vibration isolator layer 20 and mounted to the edge part on the other end 60B side of the frame body 60.
