Mycotoxin analysis method and mycotoxin analyzer

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To analyze mycotoxin as simply and quickly as possible without selecting the site and analyze one or more mycotoxin contained in the same specimen in parallel, respectively.SOLUTION: An analysis method of mycotoxin collects a specimen including mycotoxin (step S101), and generates the specimen for analysis by extraction and purification (step S102). A reference spectrum is acquired from the preparation of the mycotoxin of an analysis purpose (step S103).The spectrum for analysis is acquired from the specimen for analysis so as to separate from background light, such as fluorescence, derived from impurities (step S104). With the spectrum for reference and the spectrum for analysis as the input, arithmetic processing using the multivariate analysis is performed (step S105), and thereby, the spectrum derived from the mycotoxin is extracted.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
