PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten time for vehicles to wait in logistics centers.;SOLUTION: A logistics center management system 1 comprises: a plurality of first transmitters 10, which are disposed in each of a plurality of depots 2c in a logistics center 2 where loading/unloading operations are performed, and locally transmit a first identification signal; and a management section 20, which is wirelessly communicable with mobile terminals 5 held by drivers D of a plurality of vehicles M and capable of receiving the first identification signal, and manages progress of the loading/unloading operations.
