The present invention relates to an ionic gel including a hydrogel in an ionic liquid, and a reaction system that changes color by reaction with nitrous acid. The present invention also provides a calibration reservoir (2) in which the substrate (1) is separated from each other and contains an ionic gel, a calibration reservoir (3) for a hydrogel in an ionic liquid, a sample holding the sample to be analyzed and a microreactor with a reducing agent.
