PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it easier to sense the texture and effectively reduce the voltage to be applied to an electrode.SOLUTION: A touch sense provision device includes: a panel including a support substrate, a plurality of electrodes formed on the support substrate and extending in a predetermined direction, and an insulating layer covering the plurality of electrodes; and a driving unit that drives the panel. When the driving unit applies the voltage signal to the electrode, the electrostatic force is generated between the electrode and the operator, and based on the electrostatic force, the touch sense is provide to the operator. A contact surface of the insulating layer on which the operator touches has a surface roughness Ra in a predetermined range. The voltage to be applied to the electrode corresponding to the region where the touch sense is provided to the operator is the voltage according to the surface roughness Ra of the contact surface.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
