PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a quotation reflecting information updated in real time by a maintenance business operator to be presented to a customer during a negotiation for vehicle inspection or maintenance therewith.SOLUTION: A device for supporting a business negotiation 1: acquires inspection result data by receiving input of a result of vehicle inspection or vehicle maintenance through operation of a user; refers to required component list data with an inspection item for which the inspection result is acquired as a key word; and establish inquiry data with respect to a required vehicle component and transmits the same to a component provider terminal 20. After receiving reply data from the component provider terminal 20, the device for supporting a business negotiation outputs data, to be submitted to the customer, showing: the inspection resu the required vehicle component identified in the inspection resu and an updated unit cost thereof, a quantity and a delivery period thereof.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12
