PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately acquire a possibility of agreement on business negotiations.;SOLUTION: A data acquisition part 2, a satisfaction computing part 4 and an influence computing part 5 acquire satisfaction data indicating the degree of satisfaction of a person concerned on the customer side related to business negotiations, and influence data indicating the degree of influence on the angreement of the business negotiations of the person concerned. A Mahalanobis computing part 6 computes a Mahalanobis distance as a numeric value indicating the possibility of agreement on the business negotiations based on the degree of satisfaction indicated by the satisfaction data and the degree of influence indicated by the influence data.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
