PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel organic lithium complex compound capable of achieving low voltage driving, an electron injection material and an organic EL element using the same.SOLUTION: There is provided an organic lithium complex compound represented by the formula (1). There is provided an electron injection material consisting of an organic lithium complex compound having low LUMO and enhanced electron injection property by replacing a pyridine ring part of an outer edge par of Li2BPP with a 3-pyridyl group or a 4-pyridyl group which has low electron-withdrawing property.
