To do business in accordance with the Hotel Business Law Enforcement Ordinance with respect to a lodging type vehicle.SOLUTION: A lodging type vehicle management device is configured to be able to communicate with a lodging type vehicle allowing occupants to lodge therein and manages operation of the lodging type vehicle. The lodging type vehicle comprises accommodating function start means which outputs a bedding use permission signal if the number of lodgers in a cabin of the lodging type vehicle is equal to or smaller than the number of persons who can utilize the lodging type vehicle by using bedding provided in the lodging type vehicle on the basis of the law. The lodging type vehicle management device further comprises number-of-lodgers determination means which determines whether or not the number of persons as lodgers in the lodging type vehicle is larger than the number of lodgers preliminarily requested. The lodging type vehicle management device is configured to cause output means to notify of information for requesting input, from input means, of determination of whether or not increase of the number of lodgers is requested and lodger information on additional lodgers based on the determination of necessity of requesting if the number-of-lodgers determination means determines that the number of persons in the cabin of the lodging type vehicle is larger than the number of lodgers preliminarily requested.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
