To reuse an extremely dirty plastic empty lunch box or empty cup for cup noodle as a resource, and to burn the same as a burnable garbage, thereby greatly reducing global warming.SOLUTION: Provided is a semi-automatic type washing machine as shown in the drawing on the last page. The device has such a mechanism that a detergent and semi-resource garbage are inputted into a tank (1), water is introduced into the tank (1) and a cover (3) is closed, and thereafter, an electrically-driven vane (2) is rotated, thereby washing the semi-resource garbage.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
