In this case, since the handle 40 extends along the drip preventing part 15, the drip preventing part 15 can be held and carried in a roughly horizontal state. When the garbage box 7 is contained in the housing 18, it is in a horizontal state, therefore, garbage is accumulated in a comparatively large quantity in a dewatering part 14, and at the time of carrying, the garbage 45 moves near the drip preventing part 15, and in the dewatering part l4, the garbage 45 becomes a small quantity. In such a way, for instance, at the time of carrying the garbage box 7 extending over a distance of about 5-4m, dripping of water is prevented surely.
