Disclosed in the present invention is a hoisting tool of an empty box stacking machine comprising a frame assembly (1), telescopic hydraulic cylinders (2), a right telescopic girder assembly (3), a main girder assembly (4) and a left telescopic girder assembly (5). One locking hook device (7) is arranged below the left telescopic girder assembly (5) and below the right telescopic girder assembly (3), respectively. The two locking hook devices (7) are arranged below the main girder assembly (4). By this, during operation, sight of an operator is not blocked by the main girder assembly and left and right telescopic girder assemblies, and the locking hook devices (7) are visible, so that the hoisting tool can easily lock containers in hoisting and operating precision can be improved. Also disclosed in the present invention is an empty box stacking machine including the above hoisting tool.
