To provide a quality management method for water for artificial dialysis to be used for manufacturing artificial dialysis liquid.SOLUTION: A quality management method for water for artificial dialysis concentrates oligoDNA in artificial dialysis water manufactured using an apparatus including a reverse osmosis membrane apparatus (but, including no electric regeneration type deionizing apparatus) before performing measurement via a fluorescence method using an oligreen reagent. A method for concentrating oligoDNA in artificial dialysis water includes: a first concentration step of acquiring first concentrated water by heating the artificial dialysis water and evaporating water to perform concentration until 20 vol.% or lower of initial volume before concentration; and a second concentration step of acquiring second concentrated water by heating the first concentrated water and evaporating water to perform concentration until lower than 5 vol.% of the initial volume before concentration. The first concentration step and the second concentration step are performed in an aseptic atmosphere. A method for an oligoDNA concentration in the second concentrated water is the fluorescence method using the oligreen reagent.SELECTED DRAWING: None
